We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out. Please review our refund policy below:
Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The item is significantly different from the description.
- The item does not arrive within 40 days (or 30 days with Express Shipping).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we confirm your claim.
Non-refundable items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing if the product matches the description
- Orders still in transit (unless they exceed delivery times)
