Depending on the product and your shipping address, your order may ship from our partner warehouses in the United States or China. 1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

3. Shipping Locations
- At this time, we only ship to the United States.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

- All orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided via email once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment at any time on our Track Your Order page.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact our customer service team. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
- For lost packages, please reach out to us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
